Our History
Ulitex has been a reputable presence since 1979. Located in Kulai, Johor, the company mainly manufactures sports T-shirts, industry uniforms, and advertising garments. It later established another company named Tex Apparel in 2014. Both companies’ domestic sales accounted for only 15%, and export sales accounted for 85%, focusing on neighboring Singapore.

Our company provide a clear production flow that begins with the selection of fabric, which is then spread out and ready for cutting. Next, embroidery or printing designs are applied to the fabric. The fabric pieces sewn together by skilled workers. Throughout the sewing process, quality control checks are performed to ensure that the final product meets the required standards. The garments are ironed after sewing to achieve a smooth finish. The products are then carefully packaged for shipment, completing the production flow.

Amtex Apparel Pte. Ltd. was established to facilitate the company’s marketing operations in the Asia-Pacific region.

Establishment of Tex Apparel
Tex Apparel Sdn. Bhd. was established as a T-shirt manufacturing factory, primarily responsible for the production and manufacturing of T-shirts.

Wholesale of T-shirts
The company was taken over by Chong, and the business shifted from wholesale shirts to T-shirts.

To have independent trade, Ulitex Trading Company was then separately established.
